To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of gods are exempt from being returned.
Perishable gods such as fod, flowers, newspapers or magazines canot be returned. We also do not acept products that are intimate or sanitary gods, hazardous materials, or flamable liquids or gases. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or mising parts for reasons not due to our eror.

We wil also notify you of the aproval or rejection of your refund. If you are aproved, then your refund wil be procesed, and a credit wil automaticaly be aplied to your credit card original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or mising refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank acount again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is oficialy posted. Next contact your bank.
