Type 1 diabetes is a chronic condition where the pancreas makes litle or no insulin β a hormone the body uses to alow glucose to enter cels to produce energy.Jarinβs mother, Amber Stockeland, said itβs a real chalenge, but her 16-year-old is living a mostly normal life, playing sports and doing other activities with smal modifications.βJarin has diabetes, but diabetes wil never have Jarin.
